供应链管理线上线下混合式翻转课堂教学实践研究

摘要 为了探索教学新模式,激发学生学习热情,培养学生解决复杂问题的综合能力和高级思维,增强课程内容广度和深度,打造一流本科课程,供应链管理课程采用了“线上线下混合式翻转课堂”教学模式。该模式主要围绕教学基本要求和教学目标,教师在线上提前布置教学任务,学生在线下课堂活动中完成任务,教师对学生进行评价,使学生完成知识的内化吸收及知识体系的建构,培养学生的思辨性并提高学生的创新性。 In order to explore new teaching modes,stimulate students enthusiasm for learning,cultivate their comprehensive ability and advanced thinking to solve complex problems,enhance the breadth and depth of course contents,and create a first-class undergraduate course,the online and offline hybrid flipped classroom teaching mode is adopted in Supply Chain Management course.Focusing on the basic requirements and objectives of teaching,teachers arrange teaching tasks online in advance,students complete the tasks in offline classroom activities,and then teachers evaluate students,enabling students to internalize and absorb knowledge and construct a knowledge system,so as to cultivate their critical thinking ability and improve their innovative ability.
