排水管理是水务一体化管理中的重要组成部分。住宅小区排水管理是保障人民群众生活美好安全的重要环节。在分析宁波市住宅小区排水管理现状与相关法律法规政策的基础上,调查国内典型城市住宅小区排水管理的做法经验,对比宁波市城市住宅小区排水管理的现状,分析住宅小区排水管理现存问题,提出住宅小区排水管理效能提升和监管优化的建议。

Drainage management is an important part of integrated water management.The drainage management of residential quarters is a link most relevant to the people’s good and safe life.Based on the analysis of the current situation of drainage management of residential quarters in Ningbo and the relevant laws,regulations and policies,this paper conducts a survey of the experience of drainage management practices of residential quarters in typical cities in China,compares the current situation of drainage management of urban residential quarters in Ningbo,analyzes the existing problems of drainage management of residential quarters in Ningbo,and puts forward suggestions for improving the efficiency of drainage management and optimizing the supervision of residential quarters in Ningbo.
