地方高校是地方文化普及和人才培养的重要根据地。以梳理融合泸酒文化的酿酒技术高水平专业群构建的内涵和必要性为起点,客观分析酿酒技术专业群建设与发展的现状,在酒文化推广视域下,探索酿酒技术高水平专业群建设与泸酒文化融合的创新发展路径。酿酒技术专业群以泸酒文化铸魂育人,培养高度认同并践行泸酒文化精神的高素质技术技能人才,人才反哺地方,服务泸州白酒产业转型升级,使泸酒文化得到了传承创新与普及推广。

Local colleges and universities are important bases for the popularization of local culture and personnel training.Starting from the connotation and necessity of the construction of the high-level professional group of wine technology that integrates the filter wine culture,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation of the construction and development of the professional group of wine technology,and explores the innovative development path of the construction of high-level professional group of wine technology and the integration of the filter wine culture from the perspective of the promotion of wine culture.The professional group of wine technology educates people with the spirit of Lu wine culture,trains high-quality technical and technical talents who highly recognize and practice the spirit of Lu wine culture,feeds the place,serves the transformation and upgrading of Luzhou liquor industry,and makes Lu wine culture inherit,innovate and popularize.
