乡村振兴背景下乡村教师激励机制的实施困境及优化策略

摘要 乡村教师是乡村教育的灵魂,亦是乡村振兴的重要力量。乡村教师队伍建设的一系列政策,使乡村教师赋能乡村教育取得显著成效,但在乡村教师激励机制上还存在一些问题。当前,福利待遇偏低、激励模式单一、尊重意识不强、晋升机会缺乏和人文关怀不足等因素是影响乡村教师队伍建设的重要原因。提高福利待遇、丰富激励模式、增强职业认同、健全晋升机制和注重人文关怀是激发乡村教师内生动力、促进乡村教育振兴的应有之策。
