摘要
级图书馆致力于借助轻应用小程序来提升微服务水平。论文首先通过网络调查法分析了31所省级智慧图书馆微服务开展概况;然后通过文献调研及问卷调查法确定了智慧图书馆微服务小程序服务评价指标,并对江西省智慧图书馆微服务质量进行满意度实证研究;最后根据研究结果,从四个评价维度分别提出了提升策略,以期为轻应用背景下我国智慧图书馆开展微服务工作、提升微服务水平提供参考。
Provincial libraries are committed to improving the level of microservices through the use of lightweight application mini programs.This paper first analyzes the overview of microservice development in 31 provinciallevel smart libraries through online survey method.Then,through literature research and questionnaire survey,the evaluation indicators for the microservice mini program service of the smart library were determined,and an empirical study was conducted on the satisfaction of the microservice quality of the smart library in Jiangxi Province.Finally,based on the research results,improvement strategies were proposed from four evaluation dimensions,in order to provide reference for China’s smart libraries to carry out microservice work and improve microservice levels in the context of light application.
