铁稳态调控的分子生物学进展

摘要 铁稳态是近年在铁代谢研究中出现最多的术语。本文从细胞铁稳态和系统铁稳态两方面总结了铁稳态研究的最新进展,例如PIEZO1、FAM210B和CCDC115等新发现的铁调节因子。细胞内铁稳态分为肠细胞、红细胞、巨噬细胞、肝细胞四部分阐述,其中肠细胞铁稳态又分为血红素铁和非血红素铁。系统性铁稳态根据铁调素-铁转运蛋白轴,从体内铁水平、炎症、红细胞生成、氧浓度等方面进行描述。铁稳态调控异常与地中海贫血和遗传性血色病铁过载发生发展密切相关。铁过载可引起一种铁依赖的新型细胞死亡方式—铁死亡。
