摘要
为研究钙果在东北高寒地区的栽培表现,分别对引进的3个品系钙果生长性状和果实营养成分等指标进行综合分析。结果表明,各品系在栽培后的生长性状存在差异,钙果4号株高、地径以及生长量明显优于其他2个品系。虽然钙果4号、6号品种总糖含量相同,但6号品种蛋白质、钙、钾含量也相对较高,总酸含量明显低于其他品种,所以钙果6号为更适宜鲜食品种。3个品系钙果均有在东北高寒地区推广栽培的潜质,但钙果4号为东北高寒地区最适栽培品种。该研究为今后推广栽培及钙果深加工等方面研究提供技术参考。
To study the cultivation performance of calcium fruits in the high-altitude and cold regions of Northeast China,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the growth characteristics and nutritional components of the three introduced varieties of calcium fruits.The results showed that there were differences in growth traits among different strains after cultivation,and the plant height,diameter,and growth of Caoguo 4 were significantly better than the other two strains.Although the total sugar content of varieties Caoguo 4 and 6 is the same,the protein,calcium,and potassium content of variety 6 is relatively high,and the total acid content is significantly lower than other varieties.Therefore,Caoguo 6 is a more suitable fresh food variety.All three strains of Caoguo have the potential to be promoted and cultivated in the Northeast high-altitude region,but Caoguo 4 is the most suitable variety for cultivation in the Northeast high-altitude region.This provides technical references for future research in promoting cultivation and deep processing of calcium fruits.
