摘要
恩施州是长江中上游重要生态屏障,具有重大的生态保护价值和生态产品价值(生态系统生产总值,GEP)开发潜质。基于功能价值法核算恩施州2011—2020年的GEP,利用时空地理加权回归模型分析其变化特点及主要驱动因素,结果表明:恩施州GEP总量呈增长趋势,年平均增长率2.50%,物质供给价值增速>文化服务价值增速>调节服务价值增速;恩施州GEP与GDP双增长,经济社会与生态环境保护协调发展,各县市间生态产品供给水平具有明显的时空异质性;年降水量、林地面积、人均GDP、城镇化率对恩施州GEP有显著影响;年降水量、林地面积、人均GDP与GEP正相关;城镇化率对GEP的影响由负相关变为正相关,具有临界阈值效应。
Enshi Prefecture is an important ecological barrier in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River,having significant ecosystem protection value and potential for the utilization and realization of GEP.This paper uses the functional value method to calculate the GEP in Enshi Prefecture from^(2)011 to 2020,analyzes its change trend,and explores its driving factors.The results show that,the total amount of GEP in Enshi Prefecture has shown an increasing trend,with an average annual growth rate of 2.5%,the growth rate of material supply value is greater than that of cultural service value,and the growth rate of regulated service value is greater;Enshi Prefecture’s GEP and GDP have achieved dual growth,with coordinated development of economy,society,and ecological environment protection,the supply level of ecological products among counties and cities exhibits significant spatiotemporal heterogeneity;The annual precipitation,forest area,per capita GDP,and urbanization rate have a significant impact on the GEP of Enshi Prefecture;The annual precipitation,forest area,per capita GDP are positively correlated with GEP;The impact of urbanization rate on GEP changes from negative correlation to positive correlation,with a critical threshold effect.
