平凉刺五加叶生药学研究及其有效成分含量测定

Pharmacognostic Study on the Leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus in Pingliang and the Determination of Its Active Ingredient Content

摘要 采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别法对平凉刺五加植株进行定性分析,并采用高效液相色谱法测定平凉刺五加叶中有效成分的含量。性状鉴别观察到平凉刺五加叶的形态多为椭圆状倒卵形或长圆形,基部阔楔形,边缘重锯齿,具有特殊香气。显微鉴别显示,平凉刺五加叶粉末中多含有不定式气孔、螺纹导管、草酸钙簇晶、纤维等。刺五加苷B、刺五加苷E的回归方程具有良好的线性关系,精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于5.00%。3种提取方法中微波超声协同萃取法有效成分含量最高,刺五加苷B、刺五加苷E含量分别为0.085%、0.358%;微波萃取法次之,含量分别为0.075%、0.328%;超声辅助提取法含量最低,分别为0.054%、0.222%。 Qualitative analysis of A.senticosus plants in Pingliang was conducted using trait identification and microscopic identification methods,and the content of active ingredients in the leaves of A.senticosus in Pingliang was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography.Trait identification showed that the leaves of A.senticosus in Pingliang were mostly elliptic obovate or oblong,the base was broadly wedged,the edge was heavily serrated,and the leaves had special aroma.Microscopic identification showed that the powder of A.senticosus leaves in Pingliang contained many amorphous pores,threaded conduits,calcium oxalate clusters,fibers and so on.The regression equations of eleutheroside B and eleutheroside E had a good linear relationship,and the RSD of precision,stability and repeatability tests were all less than 5.00%.Among the three extraction methods,microwave ultrasonic-assisted extraction had the highest content of active components,the content of eleutheroside B and eleutheroside E was 0.085%and 0.358%,respectively;microwave extraction method followed,with contents of 0.075%and 0.328%,respectively;the ultrasonic-assisted extraction method had the lowest content,which was 0.054%and 0.222%,respectively.
