摘要
针对密集烘烤烤后烟叶欠柔软、香气损失等问题,对闭式循环热泵烤房进行了优化设计。以常规开式循环热泵烤房为对照,研究了其除湿速率、能耗水平及其对烤后烟叶柔软度、常规化学成分和感官质量的影响。结果表明:不同烘烤阶段冷凝水流出速率有较大差异,变黄末期冷凝水流出速率最高,此后逐渐下降。闭式循环热泵烤房干烟烘烤能耗成本较开式循环热泵烤房下降0.51元/kg,烤后烟叶宽度收缩率和柔软度显著优于开式循环热泵烤房。闭式循环热泵烤房烤后烟叶感官质量综合得分高于开式循环热泵烤房,主要体现在改善了烤后烟叶的香气量和余味。
Aiming to the problems of less soft and aroma loss of flue-cured tobacco leaves after intensive curing,the closed cycle heat pump curing barn was optimized.The dehumidification rate,energy consumption level and their effects on the softness,conventional chemical composition and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied,with conventional open heat pump curing barn as control.The results showed that the outflow rate of condensate water in different baking stages was quite different.The outflow rate of condensate water was the highest at the late yellowing stage,and then gradually decreased.The energy consumption cost per kilogram of dry tobacco curing by closed cycle heat pump curing barn was 0.51 yuan lower than that of the conventional open heat pump curing barn.The width shrinkage and softness of flue-cured tobacco leaves were significantly better than those of the conventional open heat pump curing barn.The comprehensive sensory quality score of flue-cured tobacco leaves was higher than that of the conventional open heat pump curing barn,which was mainly reflected in improving the aroma and aftertaste of flue-cured tobacco leaves.
