中部崛起战略对农民种粮积极性的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Rising Strategy of Central China on Farmers’Enthusiasm of Grain Growing

利用2000—2020年中国省级面板数据,采用双重差分法评估了中部崛起战略对农民种粮积极性的平均效应、动态效应,并探讨了其机制。结果表明:中部崛起战略的实施提升了农民种粮积极性,此结论经过稳健性检验后仍然成立,但在短期提升农民种粮积极性的作用效果不显著,存在滞后效应,而在长期提升农民种粮积极性的效果逐年增强,其效果主要是通过加大财政支农力度、改善农业基础设施和促进农业技术进步的方式取得。

Based on the panel data of provincial level in China from^(2)000 to 2020,the average and dynamic effects of the rising strategy of central China on farmers’enthusiasm for grain planting were evaluated by the differential method,and the mechanism was discussed.The study showed that:the implementation of the rising strategy of central China improves farmers’enthusiasm for grain growing.This conclusion still holds after the robustness test.However,the effect of improving farmers’enthusiasm for grain growing in the short term is not significant,and there is a lag effect.Its effect is mainly achieved by increasing financial support for agriculture,improving agricultural infrastructure and promoting agricultural technological progress.
