在全球化背景下,农林高校对优秀国际化人才的需求逐渐提升。在分析现阶段农林院校国际化人才培养现状和困境的基础上,分析发达国家国际化人才培养经验,并从教育模式、师资队伍、国际合作等方面提出农林院校国际化人才培养提升途径,同时结合“新农科”背景,探讨未来国际化人才培养趋势。

Under the background of globalization,the demand for outstanding international talents in agricultural and forestry universities is gradually increasing.Based on the analysis of the current situation and dilemma of international talent training in agricultural and forestry universities,the experience of international talent training in developed countries was analyzed,and the ways to improve international talent training in agricultural and forestry universities were put forward from the aspects of education mode,teaching staff and international cooperation,and the future trend of international talent training was discussed in the background of“the emerging agricultural science”.
