摘要
当配电网含风电接入时,电能质量会受到较大的影响。为解决不同风速下风力机出力不同影响配电网电压稳定性的问题,利用静止无功补偿器提高含风电配电网电压稳定性。在考虑不同风速场景下,引入改进粒子群算法并以配电网系统有功损耗最小为目标函数,优化SVC控制参数,改善SVC对电压的控制性能。以含风电IEEE 33节点算例进行仿真计算,验证了该算法的正确性和可行性。
The connection of wind generations to distribution networks strongly affects power quality.The present work studied a regulation control strategy based on static var compensator(SVC)and improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO).In order to solve susceptibility of distribution networks′voltage stability to the fluctuating output of wind turbines under varying wind speed,SVC is used to improve voltage stability.Considering different wind speed scenarios,SVC control parameters are optimized by introducing IPSO and using minimum loss as the objective to improve the control utility of SVC.Simulative calculation carried out using IEEE 33 nodes example integrating with wind generations verified correctness and feasibility of the proposed strategy.
