摘要
某三代核电站在进行再循环水泵调试试验时,发现水泵振动超标,同时水泵接管振动过大。对水泵及接管振动进行测量,分析振动原因,提出解决方案。通过更换再循环水泵、设置大刚度支架、管道新增高位排气,该再循环水泵及接管振动显著降低,满足了核电站要求,确保了再循环水泵及其接管的安全运行。
This paper focuses on a case defect of excessive vibrations observed on an actual recirculation water pump and its connecting pipes during the commissioning test in a third-generation nuclear power plant.It reports causal search and analysis of the defect by measuring vibration of the pump and its connecting pipes,and the countermeasures proposed and implemented including replacing the defective pump,installing a high stiffness bracket,and adding high-level exhaust in the pipeline.The treatment of the case defect effectively reduced vibration of the recirculation water pump and its connecting pipes,thereby satisfying the plant′s requirement and ensuring safe operation of the equipment.
