肾集合管癌1例报道并文献复习

Collecting duct carcinoma of the kidney: a case report and literature review

目的:探讨肾集合管癌(CDC)的影像学特点、鉴别诊断、治疗及预后。方法:回顾分析河南大学淮河医院收治的1例CDC并文献复习。结果:给予腹腔镜下左肾切除+左侧输尿管全长切除+膀胱袖状切除术,术后辅以吉西他滨+顺铂化疗,现患者生命体征平稳。结论:肾集合管癌非常少见,早确诊及早手术仍是延长患者生命最有效的方法。

Objective: To discuss the imaging features, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis ofcollecting duct carcinoma of the kidney(CDC). Methods: Retrospective analysis of a case of CDC and literature review was admitted to Huaihe Hospital of Henan University. Results: A 62-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with hematuria for more than half a year and aggravated for 20 days, and was given “laparoscopic left nephrectomy + full-length left ureterectomy + cystectomy”, followed by “gemcitabine + cisplatin” chemotherapy, and now the patient's vital signs are stable. Conclusion: CDC is very rare, early diagnosis and early surgery is still the most effective way to prolong the life of patients.
