水下视频监控系统光场分布与成像效果研究

摘要 水下生产系统长期在水下工作运行,会出现落物抛锚、海底腐蚀等现象,导致系统发生失效,因此进行深海视频监控系统研究,以便对水下生产系统的运行状态进行实时监测。基于对深海视频监控系统的工作环境进行分析,结合技术指标对深海视频监控系统进行方案研究;根据水下光学特性建立水下照明光场分布函数,得到影响照明灯输出光通量的因素;考虑在水下可见光散射作用下摄像机成像所需要照明灯输出的光通量确定摄像机和照明灯的位置分布;通过计算图像对比度和信噪比得到深海视频监控系统的有效观察范围,最后通过试验证实摄像机与照明灯夹角为60°时得到最好的成像效果。研究结果可为固定式水下视频远距离全视景成像系统的设计提供参考。 The underwater production system works and operates underwater for a long time,and there will be phenomena such as falling objects anchoring and seabed corrosion,which will lead to the failure of the system,so the deep-sea video monitoring system is researched in order to carry out real-time monitoring of the operation status of the underwater production system,Based on the analysis of the working environment of the deep-sea video monitoring system,combined with the technical indicators of the deep-sea video monitoring system program research.The underwa-ter illumination light field distribution function is established according to the underwater optical characteristics,and the factors affecting the output luminous flux of the illuminator are derived.Considering the luminous flux output of the illuminator required for camera imaging under the effect of visible light scattering underwater,the position distribution of the camera and illumina-tor was determined.By calculating the image contrast and signal-to-noise ratio,the effective ob-servation range of the deep-sea video surveillance system was obtained.Finally,it is confirmed that the best imaging effect is obtained when the angle between the camera and the illuminator is 60°.The results of the study can provide a reference for the design of fixed underwater video long-range panoramic imaging system.
