摘要
为解决大斜度井、水平井井段套管下入困难、下不到位的难题,同时提高井眼质量与固井效率,研制出一种多级径向涡轮水力驱动套管鞋。该工具由定子总成、转子总成以及轴承系统三大模块组成,定子与转子互相配合,利用水力驱动,通过多级专用的径向涡轮增大驱动扭矩,配合外侧镶嵌有合金齿的螺旋筋条,增强耐磨、修整井眼和扩眼的能力。该工具长度为传统涡轮结构套管鞋的1/3~1/5,结构简单可靠,尺寸紧凑,通过狗腿度能力强,输出扭矩可达传统划眼工具的5~10倍。多口现场案例井作业表明,该工具可保障复杂井段套管安全下入到位,大幅减少固井过程中的非生产作业时间和通井时间。
To solve the problem of difficult and inefficient casing running in highly deviated and hori-zontal wells,and to improve well quality and cementing efficiency,a multi-function and multi-stage radial turbine hydraulically driven casing shoe has been developed.The tool consists of three modules:the stator assembly,the rotor assembly and the bearing system.The stator and rotor work together through hydraulic drives and multi-stage radial turbines to increase drive torque.Together with a helical reinforcement embedded with alloy teeth on the outside,which increases wear resistance,he ability to repair and expand the borehole.The length of this tool is 1/3~1/5 of that of traditional turbine structure casing shoes,with a simple and reliable structure,compact size,strong ability to pass through dog legs,and output torque up to 5~1o times that of tradi-tional reaming tools.Several field case studies have shown that this tool can ensure safe casing in-stallation in complex wellbore sections and significantly reduce the number of reaming operations.
