乏氧下HIF-1α与非小细胞肺癌进展的相关性

摘要 目前肺癌(lung cancer)的发病率及病死率仍居于高位,大多临床晚期患者生存率及预后不佳,部分早期患者手术治疗后仍会出现复发、转移,缺氧作为实体瘤的特征之一,与肿瘤分期、增殖、化疗抵抗及预后密切相关,本文将围绕缺氧相关标记物与非小细胞肺癌增殖、转移、分期及化疗抵抗的相关性以及乏氧相关治疗进行系统阐述。 At present,the incidence and mortality of lung cancer are still high,most patients with advanced clinical stage have poor survival rate and prognosis,and some patients with early stage will still have recurrence and metastasis after surgical treatment.As one of the characteristics of solid tumors,hypoxia is closely related to tumor staging,proliferation,che-motherapy resistance and prognosis.In this paper,the correlation between hypoxic-related markers and the proliferation,me-tastasis,staging and chemotherapy resistance of non-small cell lung cancer as well as the oxygen-related treatment will be systematically expounded.
