摘要
青光眼已成为全球首位不可逆致盲疾病,眼压是预防视力丧失唯一可控因素。约20%的患者在药物治疗下眼压控制效果不佳,需行滤过手术,但术后滤过通道瘢痕化会导致眼压再度升高。房水与滤过通道瘢痕化的机制紧密相关,房水中各种细胞因子含量的变化为我们了解青光眼滤过术后滤过通道瘢痕化提供了重要线索。故本文针对细胞因子与滤过手术预后的相关性进行综述和回顾。
Glaucoma has become the world's first irreversible blinding disease,and intraocular pressure is the only controllable factor in preventing vision loss.About 20%of patients do not control IOP well with medical therapy and require filtration surgery,but postoperative scarring of the filtration channel can lead to a re-increase in intraocular pressure.Aque-ous humor is closely related to the mechanism of scarring of the filtration channel,and the changes in the content of various cytokines in aqueous humor provide important clues for us to understand scarring after glaucoma filtration.Therefore,this ar-ticle reviews and reviews the correlation between cytokines and the prognosis of filtration surgery.
