周边离焦学说在近视防控中的研究进展

ADVANCE ON PERIPHERAL DEFOCUS THEORY IN PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF MYOPIA

近视是一个影响范围较广的公共卫生问题,具有向低龄化和高度近视化发展的倾向。随着近视度数的增加,伴随发生视网膜脱落、青光眼、白内障等疾病的可能性也大大提高,防控近视的发生发展迫在眉睫。近视所带来的病理改变及并发症对于视功能的影响极大,推动着临床研究的进步。近年来,在视网膜周边离焦学说的指导下,多种近视防控产品应运而生,给予患者高效、舒适、便捷的治疗,并通过减缓眼轴增长的方式达到减缓度数增加的目的。离焦镜片已成为其中的主流治疗方式。本文就现有的几种近视防控镜片进行综述。

Myopia is a public-health problem influencing globally,tending to be young and have increasing incidence of high myopia.With the increase of myopia diopters,the possibility of retinal detachment,glaucoma,cataract and other dis-eases is also greatly increasing.The control of myopia occurrence and development is imminent.Myopia prompts clinical re-search progress because of its influence on visual function.In recent years,under the guide of the peripheral retinal defocus theory,a variety of products to control myopia came into being,aiming at slowing down the growth of the eye so as to slow down the growth of diopters.Defocusing lens have become one of the main therapeutic methods.In this review,the existing progressive multifocal lens,peripheral defocusing lens,multizone forward optical defocusing lens,orthokeratoid lens,bifocal soft contact lens and multifocal soft contact lens are reviewed.
