从“五脏苦欲补泻”理论浅析《辅行诀》与《金匮要略》用药规律

Analysis of Medication Principles in"Fuxing Jue"and"Synopsis of the Golden Cham⁃ber"Based on the Theory of"tonifying and purging the five zang organs"

基于《黄帝内经》“五脏苦欲补泻”理论,通过对比《辅行诀》与《金匮要略》之间的相似病症的遣方用药,探析二者的组方用药规律。发现《金匮要略》与《辅行诀》的组方用药法则均效法于“五脏苦欲补泻”理论,且仲景能够依据疾病变化而灵活变通。掌握“五脏苦欲补泻”理论可深入浅出《辅行诀》与《金匮要略》之奥秘,可进一步丰富中医临床诊断疾病的思维方式,以及在解读和运用仲景方药上提供新的途径。

Based on the theory of"tonifying and purging the five zang organs"in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic,this study compared the prescriptions of similar diseases in the Fuxing Jue and the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,and analyzed the prescription rules of these two texts.It was found that the prescription principles of both the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and the Fuxing Jue are in accordance with the theory of"tonifying and purging the five zang organs",and Zhang Zhongjing was able to flexibly adjust the prescriptions according to changes in the patient's condition.Understanding the theory of"tonifying and purging the five zang organs"can reveal the secrets of the Fuxing Jue and the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber in a simple and profound manner,and further enrich the thinking mode of clinical diagnosis of diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine,as well as provide new approaches for interpreting and applying Zhang Zhongjing's prescriptions.
