摘要
为解决采空区下大断面巷道围岩稳定性差的问题,同德矿以5316工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,对地质复杂条件下大断面巷道承载结构的应力环境变化、巷道变形破坏表现、顶板锚索破断深层次原因、巷道围岩控制技术展开研究。运用FLAC 3D对工作面开采后的破坏规律进行模拟,对支护参数进行优化,最终确定支护方案。通过现场变形监测,巷道围岩变形量得到了有效控制,在支护效果和成本控制方面新支护方案都较为理想。
In order to solve the problem of poor stability of surrounding rock in large section tunnels under goaf,Tongde Mine takes the 5316 working face as the engineering background.Through a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the stress environment changes of the bearing structure of large section tunnels under complex geological conditions,the deformation and failure performance of tunnels,the deep reasons for roof anchor cable breakage,and the control technology of tunnel surrounding rock are studied.Using FLAC 3D to simulate the failure pattern of the working face after mining,optimizing the support parameters,and ultimately determining the support plan.Through on-site deformation monitoring,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway has been effectively controlled,and the new support scheme is relatively ideal in terms of support effect and cost control.
