“共赢”视角下高校政产学研协同创新策略研究

Research on Collaborative Innovation Strategies of Government-industry-academy-research in Universities from the Perspective of“Win-Win”

目前高校政产学研协同创新存在着行政管理的地位不够突出、成果转化的效果不够明显、协调创新的保障不够有力三大问题。研究发现,加大行政管理主导作用实现“强强联合”,协调协同主体关系搭建“转化桥梁”,落实多维资助计划形成“多元体系”等策略,可增强高校政产学研协同创新的运行效果,确保各协同创新主体保持“共赢”的发展态势。

The article analyzes the development process and current situation of collaborative innovation between government,industry,academia,and research in universities,and finds that there are three major problems in collaborative innovation between government,industry,academia,and research in universities:the status of administrative management is not prominent enough,the effect of achievement transformation is not obvious enough,and the guarantee of coordinated innovation is not strong enough.Research has found that increasing the leading role of administrative management to achieve a“strong alliance”,coordinating the relationship between collaborative entities to build“transformation bridges”,implementing multi-dimensional funding plans to form“diverse systems”and other strategies can enhance the operational effectiveness of collaborative innovation in universities,ensuring that all collaborative innovation entities maintain a"win-win"development trend.
