基于SHEL模型的飞机装配调试故障分析

摘要 对飞机制造行业多起典型装配调试故障进行统计,基于SHEL人为因素模型对案例进行分析,结合灰色关联理论计算人与软件、人与硬件、人与环境、人与生命件四个诱因的关联性。计算表明导致飞机装配调试故障往往是多个诱因交互作用的结果,其中人与软件、人与硬件关系诱因与故障发生关联性较强,其次为人与环境、人与人间的关系诱因。最后结合飞机装配调试过程的实际情况,提出了抑制人为差错诱因的四点措施。 Based on the statistics of several typical assembly and commissioning faults in the aircraft manufacturing industry,the cases are analyzed based on the human factor model of SHEL,the grey relational theory is used to calculate the relationship between livewire and software,livewire and hardware,livewire and environment,livewire and livewire.The results show that the failure of aircraft assembly and commissioning is often the result of the interaction of many factors,among which the relationship between livewire and software,livewire and hardware is closely related to the failure,second,the relationship between livewire and environment,livewire and livewire.Finally,according to the actual condition of aircraft assembly and commissioning,four measures to restrain the inducement of human factors are put forward.
