关于对锅炉“受热面结垢”的不同理解

摘要 受热面是锅炉中直接接触火焰或烟气的表面,用于将热量传递给水和蒸汽。种类包括墙管、烟管、锅炉水平管、水冷壁、过热器、再热器、空气预热器等。这些受热面通过不同的方式(如传导、对流和辐射)将燃料燃烧产生的热量传递给流体或直接传递给受热体,对锅炉的效率、寿命和安全性具有重要影响。使用水作为传热介质的锅炉,由于水处理工作不到位,水中的钙离子和镁离子在锅炉内蒸发浓缩时往往会在受热面结生水垢,影响锅炉的安全稳定和节能减排。片面地强调“受热面结垢”容易让人产生认识漏洞,从而不利于对锅炉结垢位置的正确理解。从锅炉“受热面结垢”这个老话题中解读出新观点,从微观角度深入探讨“锅炉受热面”问题,分析引起受热面结垢的其他可能原因,以便能更准确更全面地从事锅炉的检验检测工作。 The heating surface is the surface of the boiler that is in direct contact with the flame or gas and is used to transfer heat to the water and steam.Its types include wall pipe,smoke pipe,boiler horizontal pipe,water wall,superheater,reheater,airpreheater and so on.These heating surfaces transfer the heat generated by fuel combustion to the fluid or directly to the heating body through different ways(such as conduction,convection and radiation),which has an important impact on the efficiency,service life and safety of the boiler.For the boiler using water as heat transfer medium,the calcium and magnesium ions in the water wil form incrustation on the heating surface when they are evaporated and concentrated in the boiler,which will affect the safety and stability of the boiler.Only emphasis on"heating surface fouling"is easy to produce loopholes in understanding,which is not conducive to the correct understanding of the boiler fouling position.It from the boiler"heating surface fouling"this topic decodes the new viewpoint,from the microscopic angle thorough discussion"the boiler heating surface"the question to analyse other possible reasons to cause the heating surface fouling,in order to be able to be more accurate and more comprehensive to be engaged in the boiler inspection examination work.
