论提高无穿孔机械固定单层屋面系统安全性的技术措施

摘要 与防水卷材或保温材料相比,机械固定件在整个单层屋面系统中虽然所占份额较小,但恰恰是屋面系统抗风性能中最为关键的部分。本文介绍了无穿孔机械固定单层屋面系统抗风失效的常见形式,从屋面抗风揭设计计算、固定件排布、固定件承载能力、固定件性能、固定件安装施工管理等方面论述了提升无穿孔机械固定单层屋面系统安全性的技术措施。 Compared with waterproofing membrane or insulation materials,mechanical fasteners,although accounting for a small proportion in the entire single-layer roof system,are precisely the most critical part of the wind resistance performance of the roof system.This article introduces the common forms of wind resistance failure in non-perforated mechanical fixed single layer roof systems,and discusses the technical measures to improve the safety of single layer roof systems fixed by non-perforated mechanical method from the aspects of roof wind uplift resistance design calculation,layout,bearing capacity,performance and installation management of the fasteners.
