摘要
目的探讨超声造影对原发性肝癌的诊断价值及其影像特征与微血管分型的关系。方法将86例疑似原发性肝癌患者根据检查方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组患者采取常规超声检查,研究组患者采取超声造影检查。分析超声造影特征与微血管分型的关系,并分析两种方法对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。结果研究组超声造影特征中快出模式和慢出模式原发性肝癌患者的微血管分型比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。以数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查为金标准,超声造影检查诊断原发性肝癌的准确度、灵敏度、特异度均高于常规超声检查,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论超声造影技术能够更好地检查出原发性肝癌的病灶位置等,更有利于提高对原发性肝癌的了解程度,不仅促进影像学与其他学科的联系,还为临床诊断原发性肝癌提供重要的理论依据。超声造影技术避免对患者的机体造成更严重的创伤,利于机体恢复,具有较高的临床推广和应用价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in primary liver cancer and the relationship between imaging features and microvascular typing.Method A total of 86 patients with suspected primary liver cancer were divided into control group and study group according to different examination methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine ultrasound examination,and the study group underwent CEUS examination.The relationship between CEUS feature and microvascular typing was analyzed,and the diagnostic value of the two methods for primary liver cancer were analyzed.Result There was significant difference in microvascular typing between primary liver cancer patients with fast and slow emergence of CEUS(P<0.05).With digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as the gold standard,the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of CEUS in diagnosing primary liver cancer were higher than those of routine ultrasound examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CEUS can detect the focal location of primary liver cancer better,which is more conducive to improving the understanding of primary liver cancer.It’s not only promotes the connection between imaging and other disciplines,but also provides an important theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis of primary liver cancer.CEUS technology avoids more serious trauma to the patient’s body,is conducive to the recovery of the body,and has high clinical promotion and application value.
