认知语言学研究概述及国内新文科背景下的展望

Survey of Cognitive Linguistics Research and Its Prospect in China Against the Background of New Liberal Arts

本文对《认知语言学》(三卷本)、《劳特利奇认知语言学手册》和第16届国际认知语言学大会(ICLC-16)进行了评述,在总结认知语言学研究现状的基础上,探讨了国内认知语言学研究与新文科特征的契合,并展望其在新文科背景下的发展趋势。研究发现,国外认知语言学的发展特点可概括为两个阶段、三个层面和四个维度,而学科与生俱来的开放性以及社会转向和实证转向等多重因素,使得国内认知语言学研究与新文科特征契合。在新文科背景下,国内认知语言学界应加强对汉语的研究,提升服务国家建设和社会发展需求的意识和能力,坚持中国情怀和国际视野相结合,把更多用中国理论和范式来阐释中国语言和国情的认知语言学研究成果呈现给世界,让中国学术话语在世界舞台上具有更大的说服力和影响力。

This paper surveyed the current research in cognitive linguistics based on a review of the Cognitiwe Linguistics(2019)three-volume set,The Routledge Handbook of Cognitive Linguistics(2021),and the 16th International Cognitive Linguistics Conference(ICLC-16),discussed the correspondence between cognitive linguistics research and the connotation and characteristics of new liberal arts,and provided an outlook on the research prospect in China.The current development and dynamics of cognitive linguistics can be generalized as two development phases,three aspects,and four dimensions.With cognitive linguistics'born openness,"empirical turn"and"social turn"in development,cognitive linguistic studies in China show a close correspondence to the connotation and characteristics of new liberal arts.Against the background of new liberal arts,Chinese cognitive linguists are supposed to do more work on the study of Chinese language,strengthen the awareness and capability in serving the society and country,take into consideration both Chinese sentiment and global vision,provide the world with more findings on Chinese language and Chinese conditions using Chinese theories and Chinese paradigms,and help Chinese academic discourse spread globally with increasing persuasiveness and influence.
