Problems in Application of Definition of“HBeAg Positive Chronic HBV Infection”Based on Principle of Terminology Naming and Definition

《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南(2022年版)》将“HBeAg阳性慢性HBV感染”与“HBeAg阴性慢性HBV感染”推荐作为“正名”分别代替以往慢性HBV感染自然史的“免疫耐受期”与“免疫控制期”。文章根据术语定名定义的规则、汉语言规范、专业概念构成体系等,对其推荐与使用的合理性进行探讨。

The“Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B(2022 Edition)”recommends“HBeAg-positive chronic HBV infection”and“HBeAg-negative chronic HBV infection”as“correct names”to replace the previous“immune tolerance period”and“immune control period”of the natural history of chronic HBV infection.This article discusses the rationality of the recommendation and use based on the rules of terminology naming and definition,Chinese language norms,and professional concept formation system.
