摘要
拢烟板是吸油烟机的重要部件,它能起到改变进风区域体积及引导油烟的作用。本文首先通过测试设备得到某型号吸油烟机的性能特性数据,再采用软件对不同形态的拢烟板进行仿真模拟;最后从进风口区域结果表明,拢烟板增加侧面翼板可以下移负压区域、提高流速,拢烟板的打开角度会存在一个临界值,即使增大角度,该进风区的负压及流速不会有明显变化,为吸油烟机拢烟板设计及优化提供数值依据。
The smoke hood is an important component of the range hood,which can change the volume of the intake area and guide the oil smoke.This article first obtains performance characteristic data of a certain model of range hood through testing equipment,and then uses software to simulate different shapes of smoke collecting plates;Finally,the results from the air inlet area indicate that adding side wings to the smoke hood can move the negative pressure area downwards and increase the flow rate.The opening angle of the smoke hood will have a critical value,and even if the angle is increased,the negative pressure and flow rate in the air inlet area will not change significantly.This provides a numerical basis for the design and optimization of the smoke hood of a range hood.
