基于有限元的空调消音器仿真分析与优化

摘要 基于有限元分析方法,对某空调室外机的消音器进行仿真分析计算,得到其传递损失曲线,结合对空调室外机产品的噪声频谱分析,确认原消音器的消音频段不能满足降噪要求。对消音器结果进行优化,在消音器入口端增加插入管,经过仿真分析和实验测试对比,确认优化后的消音器能有效提高消音器的消声频段,与原方案对比,原最大噪声频段的噪声值降低了16 dB(A),解决了机组的噪声问题。 Based on the finite element analysis method,the muffler of an outdoor air conditioner is analyzed and calculated,and its transmission loss curve is obtained.Combined with the noise spectrum analysis of the outdoor air conditioner,it is confirmed that the noise reduction frequency band of the original muffler cannot meet the noise reduction requirements.The results of the muffler were optimized.An insertion tube was added at the inlet of the muffler.Through simulation analysis and experimental test,it was confirmed that the optimized muffler can effectively improve the muffler frequency band.Compared with the original scheme,the noise value of the original maximum noise frequency band was reduced by 16 dB(A),solving the noise problem of the outdoor air conditioner.
