摘要
非冷凝强鼓式燃气热水器在小负荷运行过程中,容易在热交换器内部生成冷凝水,并对热水器的热交换器寿命造成影响,本文从理论上分析了燃气热水器产生冷凝水的原理,对影响冷凝水生成的因子:排烟温度、烟气露点温度、室温、热负荷进行实验分析,测试探索冷凝水生成的临界点,并提出防止冷凝水生成的解决方案,对非冷凝强鼓燃气热水器产品设计开发和可靠性验证具有指导意义。
In the process of small load operation,non-condensing strong drumln the process of small load operation,non-condensing strong drum gas water heaters are prone to generate condensate water inside the heat exchanger,which can affect the lifespan of the heat exchanger.This paper theoretically analyzes the principle of condensate water generation in gas water heaters,conducts experimental analysis on the factors affecting condensate water generation:flue gas temperature,flue gas dew point temperature,room temperature,and thermal load,tests and explores the critical point of condensate water generation,and proposes solutions to prevent condensate water generation.It has guiding significance for product design,development,and reliability verification of non-condensing strong drum gas water heaters.
