摘要
高校思想政治理论课青年教师的情感劳动是落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障。本研究从情感社会学的角度,对11位高校思政课青年教师进行深度调查。研究发现,教学活动中的自我认同弱化、职业发展中的技能焦虑和师生生活交往中的过度卷入是当前高校思政课青年教师在情感劳动中面临的主要问题。高校思政课青年教师应主动运用情感劳动策略应对当前困境,通过从“工具理性”到“价值理性”的表层表演、从“客体性”走向“主体性”的深层表演、从“公共生活”到“日常生活”的表演延续,实现情感付出与情感补偿的平衡。
The emotional labor of young teachers in ideological and political courses in universities is the basic guarantee for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.This study conducted an in-depth survey on 11 young teachers of ideological and political courses in universities from the perspective of emotional sociology.The survey found that the weakening of self-identity in teaching activities,skill anxiety in career development,and excessive involvement in teacher-student life interactions are the main problems faced by young teachers in ideological and political courses in universities in achieving emotional labor.They should also actively use emotional labor strategies to overcome current difficulties,through surface performance from“instrumental rationality”to“value rationality”,deep performance from“objectivity”to“subjectivity”,and performance continuation from“public life”to“daily life”,to ensure a balance between emotional investment and emotional compensation.
