地铁盾构区间碳排放模型构建及计算

摘要 地铁作为城市大型基础设施,其建造过程产生的碳排放量不可忽视,因此有必要对其施工建造过程进行碳足迹计算和分析。本文以采用盾构施工工艺的青岛某地铁区间为案例,基于全生命周期评价方法,构建物化阶段的碳排放模型。模型结果表明:整个地铁区间物化阶段碳排放占比最高的阶段是预制构件生产阶段,混凝土和钢筋的生产是产生二氧化碳的主要环节。在此结果上,使用再生建材代替预制构件生产阶段部分混凝土和钢筋,可有效降低整个过程的碳排放总量,并提出未来碳减排可能的方向。 As a large-scale urban infrastructure,the carbon emissions generated by the subway construction process cannot be ignored,so it is necessary to calculate and analyze the carbon footprint of the subway construction process.This paper takes a subway section in Qingdao with shield construction technology as an example,and constructs a carbon emission model in physicochemical stage based on the whole life cycle evaluation method.The results show that the highest proportion of carbon emission in the physical and chemical stage of the whole subway section is the production stage of precast components,and the production of concrete and steel bars is the main link to produce carbon dioxide.Based on the results,the use of recycled building materials to replace some concrete and steel bars in the production stage of prefabricated components can effectively reduce the total carbon emissions of the whole process,and suggest possible directions for carbon reduction in the future.
