摘要
为分析高栏港大桥钢箱梁在吊装施工过程中的局部稳定性,以施工单位提供的吊机结构为依据,利用有限元软件建立了钢箱梁吊装期间最不利受力梁段的局部模型,计算了不同吊机结构对钢箱梁稳定性的影响,针对吊装期间钢箱梁局部稳定性不足的情况,提出了提升结构稳定性的方法。研究结果表明:不同的吊机结构力的作用位置不同,对结构受力的影响也不同,适当分散吊机支点位置有利于提高结构局部稳定性;通过在钢箱梁局部失稳位置增设加劲肋,可以有效地提高结构稳定性,保证施工期间的结构安全。
To analyze the local stability ofthe steel box girder of Gaolangang Bridge during hoisting construction,the local model of the weakest steel box girder was established using finite element software,based on the deck derrick crane provided by the construction organization.The influence of different crane structures on the stability of steel box girder was analyzed.A method to improve the structural stability was proposed in view of the insufficient local stability of steel box girder during hoisting construction.The results show that,structural stability of the steel box girder was affected by different deck derrick crane structures,the local stability of steel box girder could be improved by scattering the crane fulcrum position.The structural stability could be effectively improved and the structural safety could be ensured by adding stiffeners at the local instability position of the steel box girder.
