课程思政视域下高职院校心理健康教师团队建设路径探析

摘要 心理教师团队是心理健康课程思政的“主力军”,具有政治性、生成性与融合性。课程思政是一项庞大复杂的系统工程,心理健康教育的课程思政建设还处于探索阶段,面临心理健康教师团队专业协作缺位、教学观念不新、教学改革不深与团队示范引领作用有待加强的现实困境。解决上述问题需要融合多元团队共生单元,开展跨界合作;形成团队互惠共生模式,保持同向同行;打造和谐团队共生环境,塑造团队精神。 The psychology teacher team is the“main force”of curriculum ideology and politics in mental health courses,which is political,generative and integrated.Curriculum ideology and politics is a huge and complex system engineering,and the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in mental health education is still in the exploratory stage,facing the practical dilemma of lack of professional collaboration of mental health teacher teams,lack of new teaching concepts,insufficient teaching reform and the role of team demonstration and leadership.To solve the above problems,it is necessary to integrate multiple team symbiotic units and carry out cross-border cooperation,form a mutually beneficial symbiotic model of the team and maintain the same direction,create a harmonious team symbiotic environment and shape team spirit.
