依法“一体履职、综合履职、能动履职”是检察履职方式的深刻变革,是“四大检察”融合发展的新路径。最高人民检察院应勇检察长强调,要积极探索依法“一体履职、综合履职、能动履职”实践。江苏省检察机关深入学习贯彻最高检党组和应勇检察长部署要求,在深入调研基础上开展改革试点,从保障检察权统一行使、推动检察职能协调互补、提升高质效办案自觉、建设高素质检察队伍等方面,积极探索适应“一体履职、综合履职、能动履职”需要的配套机制,努力实现“四大检察”全面协调充分发展,以期为加快推进新时代检察工作现代化提供更优质的江苏经验和样本。
