摘要
随着污水处理厂排放标准的提高以及“双碳”要求的提出,近几年智慧水务相关技术发展迅速,其中曝气控制系统的研究和实践是较重要的内容。从出水水质、能耗和氨氮达标点三个主要目标出发,结合活性污泥模型和机器学习研发了一套多目标曝气调控系统,打破“恒DO”的常规PID曝气控制模式。系统在银川第一再生水厂部署并运行,保证出水水质稳定达标基础上,中控室运行工作量减少2/3,曝气单耗平均下降12%,除磷药剂加药量下降30%。
With the improvement of discharge standards of sewage treatment plants and the proposal of“double carbon”,related technologies of smart water have developed rapidly in recent years,among which the research and practice of aeration control system is the most important part.Based on the main goals of effluent quality,energy consumption and the target point of ammonia nitrogen,this paper developed a multi-objective aeration control system combining activated sludge model and machine learning to break the conventional aeration control mode of“constant DO”based PID control.The system was deployed and operated in Yinchuan No.1 recycled water plant,and on the basis of ensuring stable effluent quality and reaching standard,the workload of the central control room was reduced by 2/3,the average aeration power unit consumption was reduced by 12%,and the dosage of phosphorus removal agent decreased by 30%.
