团体式多元化艺术对稳定期精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷、服药依从性及自知力的影响

Effects of group diversified art on social function deficit, medication compliance and insight in patients with schizophrenia in stable stage

目的探究团体式多元化艺术对稳定期精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷、服药依从性及自知力的影响。方法收集2021年12月至2022年7月聊城市第四人民医院收治的稳定期精神分裂症患者78例, 根据干预方式不同分为对照组(常规干预)36例和观察组(团体式多元化艺术干预)42例, 两组均连续干预8 w。对比两组干预后8 w精神状况〔精神状况使用精神病评定量表(BPRS)评价、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)〕、社会功能〔社会功能评定量表(SSPI)〕、服药依从性(Morisky)、自知力及治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)量表、沟通能力〔沟通与互动技巧量表(ACIS)〕。结果干预前两组BPRS、PANSS比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05), 干预后两组BPRS、PANSS均明显降低, 且观察组低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组社会功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05), 干预后两组日常生活能力、关系社会性活动技能、资讯交换动性和交往情况评分均明显提升, 且观察组高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后依从率为95.24%, 对照组为77.78%, 观察组明显高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组ITAQ、ACIS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05), 干预后两组ITAQ、ACIS评分均明显提升, 且观察组高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体式多元化艺术可改善稳定期精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷及自知力, 提升其服药依从性, 具有一定临床应用价值, 有益于促进患者尽早康复、融入社会。

Objective To explore the effects of group diversified art on social function deficits,medication compliance and insight in patients with schizophrenia in the stable stage.Methods A total of 78 patients with schizophrenia in stable stage admitted to Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from December 2021 to July 2022 were collected.According to the different intervention methods,they were divided into the control group(routine intervention)with 36 cases and the observation group(group diversified art intervention)with 42 cases.The intervention lasted for 8 weeks in both groups.The mental status〔Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)〕,social function〔Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)〕,medication compliance(Morisky),Insight and Treatment Attitude questionnaire(ITAQ)scale,and communication ability〔communication and interaction skills(ACIS)scale〕were compared between the two groups 8 weeks after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in BPRS and PANSS between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the BPRS and PANSS of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in social function between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of daily living ability,relational social activity skills,information exchange activity and communication situation of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ITAQ and ACIS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the ITAQ and ACIS scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Group-style diversified art can improve the social function deficit and insight of patients with schizophrenia in the stable stage,and improve the medication compliance of the patients,it has certain clinical application value and is beneficial to promote patients'early recovery and integration into society.
