目标策略的针对性护理在骨肉瘤护理中的效果

目的探讨目标策略的针对性护理在骨肉瘤护理中的效果。方法选取2020年4月至2022年4月于海军军医大学第二附属医院接受治疗的骨肉瘤患者70例, 根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组, 各35例。对照组实施常规护理干预, 观察组实施目标策略的针对性护理。对比两组患者的并发症发生率, 并使用保肢评分量表(Musculo Skeletal Tumor Society, MSTS)和数字评价量表(Numerical Rating Scale, NRS), 分别测评两组患者肢体功能及疼痛情况。结果入院当日, 两组各项临床指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d, 观察组并发症发生率及NRS量表评分均低于对照组, 且对照组MSTS量表评分低于观察组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施目标策略的针对性护理能够降低骨肉瘤患者并发症的发生, 改善其肢体能力。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing of target strategy in osteosarcoma nursing.Methods A total of 70 patients with osteosarcoma who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given targeted nursing.The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups,and the limb function and pain were evaluated by the Musculo Skeletal Tumor Society(MSTS)and Numerical Rating Scale(NRS).Results On the day of admission,there was no significant difference in clinical indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).One day before discharge,the incidence of complications and NRS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the MSTS score of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of targeted nursing strategy can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with osteosarcoma and improve their limb ability.
