知识与能力并重视角下地方高校创新创业教育生态系统的优化

The Optimization of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Balancing Knowledge and Abilities

从教育生态学视角看,创新创业教育生态系统建设有助于落实高校创新创业教育的顶层设计,培养大学生的创新创业能力、实践操作能力和岗位胜任能力,提升地方高校创新创业教育的针对性、有效性和应用性。在创新创业教育生态系统建设中,很多地方高校都面临知识传授与能力培养相脱节问题,很大程度上影响了人才培养质量,导致高校的人才供给与地方的人才需求未能顺利衔接。为此,地方高校应当以教育生态学理论为依据,以知识与能力并重为根本指向,优化理念认知、课程设置、平台载体和运行机制等,构建多元协同、高效运行的创新创业教育生态系统。

From the perspective of educational ecology,the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem contributes to the implementation of the top-level design of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.It aims to cultivate students'abilities in innovation,entrepreneurship,practical operations,and job competence,thereby enhancing the relevance,effectiveness,and applicability of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.In the construction of this ecosystem,many local colleges and universities are facing the challenge of a disconnect between knowledge transmission and ability development,which significantly impacts the quality of talent cultivation,leading to a mismatch between the talent supply from universities and the talent demand in the local context.Therefore,local colleges and universities should base their efforts on the theory of educational ecology,prioritize the balance between knowledge and abilities,and optimize cognitive concepts,curriculum design,platform infrastructure,and operational mechanisms,so as to establish a diverse,collaborative,and efficient innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
