摘要
人工智能与教育的深度融合带来了教育生态的巨大变革,造就了自由协作式学习与人机协同式教学等多种教育新样态,对教师专业发展提出新挑战。要应对智能时代的教育挑战,教师专业发展必须走出教师培养政策体系不全导致其智能素养不足、教师非教学工作负担过重导致其专业发展难以高质量维持和教师发展内生动力不足导致其技术知识缺位等现实困境,不断夯实制度建设,强化教师专业发展的基础保障;致力于减轻教师非教学工作负担,扩展教师专业发展的实践空间;增强教师技术自觉,助力教师专业发展的意识提升。
The deep integration of artificial intelligence and education has brought about significant transfor-mations in the education ecology,creating a variety of new forms of education such as free and collaborative learning and man-machine collaborative teaching.This poses new challenges to the professional development of teachers.In order to respond to the educational challenges of intelligent age,the professional development of teachers should move beyond incomplete policy framework which has resulted in inadequate intelligence litera-cy among teachers;get out of the realistic dilemmas such as the difficulty in maintaining high quality of teach-ers'professional development caused by excessive burden of non-teaching work,and the lack of teachers'tech-nical knowledge caused by insufficient endogenous motivation for development;consolidate the system construc-tion and consolidate the basic guarantee of teacher professional development.committed to reduce the burden of teachers'non-teaching work and expand the practice space of teachers'professional development.enhance the technical awareness of teachers and improve their awareness of professional development.
