摘要
对于某些厚实的锦纶/氨纶混纺面料,20%盐酸法溶解锦纶纤维困难时,采用80%甲酸法以及二甲基甲酰胺法进行定量分析。结果显示:80%甲酸法对氨纶纤维的损伤较大,二甲基甲酰胺法试验结果稳定、可靠,可视试样情况配合20%盐酸法使用。
For some thick polyamide/spandex blended fabrics,80% formic acid method and dimethylformamide method were used for quantitative analysis when 20% hydrochloric acid method was difficult to dissolve nylon fiber.The results showed that 80% formic acid method had great damage to polyurethane fiber,and the test results of dimethylformamide method were stable and reliable,which could be used in combination with 20% hydrochloric acid method based on the sample conditions.
