纺织品纤维含量是影响纺织品质量的重要因素之一,其化学成分检测技术在纺织品生产和消费中具有重要的应用价值。探讨了溶解检测法、含氯含氮呈色反应法在纺织品纤维含量检测中的应用,并对化学检测中的成分取样方法进行了详细分析,以确保检测结果的有效性。在综合考虑各取样环节和成分定性的基础上,通过使用科学的检测手段能够准确检测出纺织品中的纤维含量。科学的检测手段和严谨的取样方法,对于确保纺织品纤维含量检测的准确性和有效性至关重要。溶解检测法和含氯含氮呈色反应法等化学检测技术在纺织品纤维含量的检测中具有显著的应用价值。
The fiber content of textiles is one of the important factors affecting the quality of textiles.Its chemical composition detection technology has important application value in textile production and consumption.The application of the dissolution method and the color reaction method containing chlorine nitrogen in the determination of the fiber content of textiles were discussed,in order to ensure the validity of the test results,the sampling methods of chemical components were analyzed in detail.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the sampling links and qualitative analysis of components,the fiber content in textiles could be accurately detected by using scientific detection methods.Scientific detection methods and rigorous sampling methods to ensure the accuracy and validity of textile fiber content detection was essential.The chemical detection techniques such as dissolution detection and color reaction with nitrogen chloride had significant application value in the detection of textile fiber content.
