The establishment of a talented team in the textile laboratory is a crucial aspect in the development of the textile industry.The background and significance of talent team construction in textile laboratories were overviewed,and its impact on technological innovation and industrial advancement within the textile sector was highlighted.Based on current circumstances,existing challenges and issues faced during talent team construction in textile laboratories were analyzed.The necessity of constructing such a team was discussed and practical and effective solutions were proposed.Several practical measures were proposed including nurturing exceptional talents,refining training mechanisms,and strengthening collaboration with enterprises.The construction of a talented team in textile laboratories contributes to the high-quality sustainable development within the textile industry.
