摘要
目的探讨女性生殖道支原体和衣原体感染与人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染的相关性。方法选取2022年6—12月在常州市妇幼保健院接受HPV感染DNA分型检测的168例女性患者作为研究对象。按照HPV-DNA基因分型结果分为HPV感染组及无HPV感染组,对比两组各项基线资料,阴道内环境指标及生殖道支原体、衣原体感染情况。采用多因素logistic回归分析HPV感染的危险因素。结果HPV感染组文化水平初中及以下、初次性生活年龄≤20岁、性伴侣数量≥2人、有性传播史人数占比,以及阴道内环境各项指标阳性率和生殖道支原体、衣原体感染率均高于无HPV感染组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,HPV感染的危险因素包括文化水平初中及以下、初次性生活年龄≤20岁、性伴侣数量≥2人、性传播史、过氧化氢阳性、白细胞酯酶阳性、唾液酸苷酶阳性及支原体和衣原体感染。结论女性生殖道支原体和衣原体感染与HPV感染的发生有关。
Objective To explore the correlation between female reproductive tract infections of mycoplasma and chlamydia and human papilloma virus(HPV) infection.Methods A total of 168 female patients who underwent HPV-DNA genotyping testing at Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June to December 2022were selected as the research subjects.According to the results of HPV-DNA genotyping,the group was divided into HPV infected group and non-HPV infected group.Baseline data,vaginal environmental indicators,and infections of mycoplasma and chlamydia in the reproductive tract were compared between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors for HPV infection.Results The proportion of HPV infected individuals with education level of junior high school or below,age of first sexual intercourse ≤ 20 years old,number of sexual partners ≥ 2,history of sexual transmission,positive rates of various indicators in the vaginal environment,and infection rates of mycoplasma and chlamydia in the reproductive tract were significantly higher than those in the non-HPV infected group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for HPV infection include education level of junior high school or below,age of first sexual intercourse ≤ 20 years old,number of sexual partners ≥ 2,history of sexual transmission,positive hydrogen peroxide,positive leukocyte esterase,positive salivary glycosidase,as well as mycoplasma and chlamydia infections.Conclusion Female reproductive tract infections of mycoplasma and chlamydia are associated with the occurrence of HPV infection.
