Panorama Overview and Trend Analysis of Global Network Information Archiving

互联网时代下,网络信息已成为留存珍贵信息、构筑时代记忆的重要数字档案资源。自20世纪90年代中期开始,各国相继对重要网络信息展开存档,在全球范围内形成了众多网络信息存档项目。本文采取网络调研法,广泛搜集已有的网络信息存档项目资料,进而分析全球网络信息存档在时空、主导机构、项目级别、建设内容四个维度上的分布特征及历时变化,以描绘全球网络信息存档全景,从中发现网络信息存档的深层发展逻辑及未来发展趋势。

Network information has become an important digital archival resource for preserving precious information and constructing memories of the times in the Internet era.Since the mid-1990s,various countries have begun to archive the important network information in succession,and many network information archiving projects have been formed in the world.This paper adopts a network research method to extensively collect information on existing network information archiving projects,then analyzes the distribution characteristics and historical changes of global network information archiving in four dimensions:time and space,leading organization,project level,and project content,to paint a panoramic view of global network information archiving and discover the deep development logic and future development trend of network information archiving.
