Research on Archival Data Governance for Smart Archives

智慧档案馆建设通过交互操作、模型构建、技术引进和接口规范等为档案数据治理提出参考框架、能力评估、治理模式等业务标准,为进一步研究智慧档案馆模式下的数据治理态势,提出档案数据治理的新契机和设计思路,从品牌价值、改善服务格局、安全全景探究等方面论述智慧档案馆与数据治理相互融合的可达性,最后从前期规划、协同共创、战略转型、素养提升四个方面完善档案数据治理的可行策略,以期为业界数据服务标准化和应用指南提供借鉴。

The construction of smart archives proposes reference framework,capacity assessment,governance models and other business standards for archival data governance through interactive operation,model construction,technology introduction and interface specification,etc.In order to further study the data governance situation under the mode of smart archives and put forward the new opportunities and design ideas of archival data governance,the paper discusses the accessibility of the mutual integration of smart archives and data governance from the perspective of brand value,improvement of service pattern and security panorama,and finally improves feasible strategies for archival data governance from the aspects of preliminary planning,collaborative co-creation,strategic transformation and literacy improvement,with a view to providing reference for the industry's standardization of data services and application guidelines.
