数字人文视域下档案职业转型探析

Analysis of the Transformation of Archival Profession from the Perspective of Digital Humanities

首先简要回顾了数字人文在我国档案领域的研究现状,紧接着论述了开展档案职业转型的必要性和转型条件,最后从职业定位、内容构成、从业者素质三方面探讨了档案职业转型的构成要素,提出要转变观念,在推动人文研究、促进知识生产中充分发挥档案优势,突出档案特色,促使档案职业从档案保管者向人类记忆的守护者、档案知识内容的发现者、档案知识传递的导航者等方向转型。

Firstly,a brief review is conducted on the research status of digital humanities in the field of archives in China.Secondly,the necessity and conditions for the transformation of the archival profession are discussed.Finally,the constituent elements of archival profession transformation are explored from three aspects:profession positioning,content composition and practitioner quality.It is proposed to change our mindset,give full play to the advantages of archives in promoting humanities research and knowledge production,highlight the characteristics of archives,and promote the transformation of the archival profession from a custodian of archives to a guardian of human memory,an inventor of archival knowledge content,and a navigator of archival knowledgetransmission.
