档案治理视域下名人档案资源开发利用研究——以苏州为例

Research on the Development and Utilization of Celebrity Archives Resources Under the Archives Governance——A Case Studyof Suzhou

名人档案资源对我国档案事业及社会文明发展具有重要意义。档案治理工作推进背景下,梳理名人档案资源,加强对其开发利用,提高档案工作水平已成为档案部门必须面对的重要课题。本文通过对苏州名人档案资源及其治理现状的分析,发现苏州地区名人档案治理在资源收集、治理主体、利用方式和产品开发等方面存在诸多问题,并针对性地提出名人档案资源开放与利用的推进策略:加大征集力度,完善名人档案规章制度、多主体合作交流,实现多元协同共治、富媒体技术应用,提升智慧治理效能,“以人为本”开发名人档案产品。

Celebrity archives resources are of importance significance for the development of China's archival undertaking and social civilization.Under the background of archives governance,it has become an important issue that archives departments must face that we should sort out the archives resources of celebrities,strengthen their development and utilization,and improve the level of archival work.Through the analysis of the celebrity archives resources in Suzhou and their governance status,this paper finds many problems existing in the governance process of celebrity archives in Suzhou in terms of resources collection,governance subject,utilization way and product development.Then it puts forward corresponding strategies to promote the development and utilization of celebrity archives resources:strengthening collection,improving the rules and regulations of celebrity archives,multi-subject cooperation and exchange,realizing diversified collaborative governance,rich media technology application,improving the efficiency of smart governance,and developing"people-oriented"celebrity archives products.
